Les macarons sont très délicieux!! 
I am now breaking into the world of my favorite sweet, macarons! I love macarons, so I made this cute macaron illustration to show my love for these colorful cookies.  These were printed out as postcards, and I did sell them in Japan for 150 yen a piece. Alas, I sold my last one a few days before leaving Japan.

Technique wise, these vector macarons are made pretty much the same as my previous water-color style illustrations. I just focused more on detail and texture. 

Note: Macarons are not Macaroons.  There is a big difference.
